Work it Out!

Monday- 50 Minute Spin Class

Tuesday- 45 Minutes of Kickboxing + 20 Minutes on the tredmill + 1 Hour of Power Yoga

Wednesday- 50 Minutes of Spin

Thursday- 45 Minutes of Kickboxing + 20 Minutes on the tredmill + 1 Hour of Power yoga

Friday- 50 Minutes of Spin Class

Saturday- (Hopefully) a Spin class back in my home town

Eat Eat Eat!

Monday-

Breakfast-  Greek yogurt with berries and Fiber 1 cereal with a sprinkle of ground flax seed

Snack-  1 Cup of grapes with a Mini Luna Bar

Lunch- Veggie burger on top of a salad

Snack-  Carrots & Organic Valley String Cheese

Dinner-  Butternut Squash soup with kale, peppers, and 1/4 cup of Quinoa

Tuesday-

Breakfast- Greek yogurt with berries and Fiber 1 cereal with a sprinkle of ground flax seed

Snack-  Apple with bumblebar

Lunch- Raw veggies on a  7 grain flax seed wrap

Snack – Carrots with Organic Valley String Cheese

Dinner- Left overs!  1/4 cup of Quinoa with butternut squash soup

Wednesday-

Breakfast- Greek yogurt with berries and Fiber 1 cereal with a sprinkle of ground flax seed

Snack- Apple with Mini LaraBar

Lunch-  Veggie sushi roll with brown rice and edamame

Snack- Carrots

Dinner- Homemade pizza

Thursday-

Breakfast- Greek yogurt with berries and Fiber 1 cereal with a sprinkle of ground flax seed
