So I belong to this challenge called “Elf4Health” as you read in my last post I also read her blog as well as try new recipes from her. We are paired up with someone randomly to talk about our experiences via e-mail and our fitness, health, and lifestyle goals. Each day we have a challenge to do, whether it is to incorporate veggies in every meal or do a random act of kindness for someone. Well yesterdays challenge was to list the 20 things you are grateful for in your life. I took a serious approach as well as a funny approach…so…here they are!
